Personal Data
When you contact us via this website, for example by using the online contact form, you are asked to provide your name and email address in order for us to respond to your enquiry. You may also, if you wish, provide additional information at that point. Any information you choose to provide is kept confidential and in keeping with data protection regulation; it is not shared with any third-party. It is used solely for the purpose of providing you with the service you require and being able to contact you using your preferred method(s).
You may request that all information relating to yourself is deleted and we will be happy to comply with your request.
Cookies
In common with most websites these days, small text files, commonly known as cookies, may be placed in your computer. Modern systems and websites use these files to provide you with a better user experience, for example, to save settings for how you prefer to use a website. Your website browser can enable you to control and delete cookies should you wish to do so.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may at some point include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, etc.). Such content from other websites may behave in the same way as if you had visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. Again, you can exercise control of cookies via your browser. With other websites, such as Facebook etc. if you have an account with them, you can access and control your interactions according to their policies.
Analytics
In common with most websites, we use the Google Analytics service to monitor usage of this site; doing so enables us to provide users with a better service, including by understanding which areas of this website are popular. Should you wish, your browser can be customised to control how that data is shared, or not.
Your data
We will not actively share your data with any third-parties. However, anonymous site usage data will also be monitored by Google’s systems, and if you use social media, likely their systems will already be tracking your internet usage independently, and you can control that from your account with them.
In order to provide you with our services, we may retain your contact details indefinitely (should you wish to avail yourself of our services at some point in the future). However, this information can be deleted any time you require – except for any data we may be obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
